In the ancient world of tea, milky oolong is a relative newcomer – but it’s been quick to establish itself on the scene. Prized for its natural milk and butter notes, the leaves are grown at high altitudes in China. The oolong is then semi-fermented, resulting in a creamy and floral tasting green tea with a yellow colour.
