With its robust floral scent, Jasmine has been used to flavour Chinese green tea since the fifth century. The infusion process is no less impressive than the tea’s long history – in late summer, freshly picked flower blossoms are added to the green tea leaves, resulting in a light, delicate drink with a beautiful smell.
