Why should I choose loose leaf tea when I could just buy tea bags?

There’s no doubt about it – tea bags are convenient. But what you gain in convenience, you lose out in flavour and quality. Rather than using whole leaves, tea bags are typically made from lower-grade leftovers or “dust” from production facilities. 

There’s also the environmental factor. White tea bags are produced using intensive chemical processes, and the result is a one-use-only product that isn’t fully biodegradable. 

In comparison, a good quality loose leaf tea (like the ones we sell) can be brewed more than once. That’s not just savings for the environment; that’s savings for your pocketbook (not to mention a better-tasting beverage). 

Finally, we’re firm believers that tea is meant to be shared – tea bags are not. 

How does your tea come?

All of teas come in foil-lined, ziplocked and heat-sealed 100g packets, unless specified otherwise in our hampers. In order to lock in the freshness for you, we package the tea as soon as possible. 

How can I make a payment?

We accept Visa, MasterCard or bank transfer payment via PayPal (a trusted and secure way to purchase online). You do not require a PayPal account to pay using your Visa or MasterCard. We also accept credit card payments via Stripe.

How is my order sent and what is the maximum cost? 

All orders are shipped by Australia Post standard parcel service and the cost is based on weight. We currently ship within Australia only.

What do you do with my details?

We take your privacy seriously. All personal information collected is protected and will never be sold to a third party. We do occasionally send out promotional emails with specials we are running, but you can unsubscribe at any time. 

You don't stock a tea I like. Can I get it in? 

Dependent on availability and volume order, we can supply custom blends. We also welcome your suggestions for new additions to our range. Please use our Contact Form below to detail your requirements.

Can I get special gift hamper or tea packets made up?

Do you supply your tea wholesale and can I serve it/sell it at my store?
